Gap year American Students from Washington West University in the United States visit Addo. The students spent 4 great days with Crisscross Adventures in Addo, and we were lucky to have good weather too. A couple of the students even ended up swimming in the Mountains on our Addo mountain Safari- Gotta love Winters in Addo!
One of the Things CrissCross Adventures got up to with them was Visiting the Addo Elephant National park on our Guided Addo park Tour. It was a great viewing day in terms of all the Elephant sightings. There were a couple of really close Cape Buffalo encounters, and we even ticked off the elusive Black Rhino! Visiting the Addo Raptor and Reptile and Daniel cheetah rehabilitation Centres was also fun and educational for the team, but we were most lucky with the weather for exploring the Zuurberg Mountains in the Greater Addo Elephant National Park. On their last day with us in Addo, the West Washington University team geared up for drifting down the Sunday’s River on our Guided Addo River Safari.
Thanks for a great couple of days everyone, and we look forward to seeing you all in the near future!
oh…And don’t forget how the Kudu got its name!
